Ever since I can remember, I've had a deep passion for cooking and experimenting with flavors. This passion led me through culinary school and into the kitchens of fine dining restaurants and high-end catering venues like the Loft Steakhouse and the Eminence Ballroom in Brooklyn, where I had the pleasure of working alongside some incredibly talented chefs.
Pinch was born in 2020 out of a dream to create high-end, quality spices and blends that would revolutionize the way people experience and interact with spices. It wasn't an easy journey. We faced numerous ups and downs, trials, and errors. But with perseverance and a commitment to our vision, we successfully launched our website and entered supermarkets by the end of 2023.
